All conducted online.
Join us in celebrating the 100th birthday of Stanisław Lem, one of the most influential Polish modern writers, translated in over 50 languages. Creating futuristic worlds, Lem speculated on our futures – technology, consciousness, awareness and limits. Lem's books have inspired creatives all over the world for decades. It is time to have a look at the very basic element of every book – letters.
Fundacja Miasto Literatury invites you to participate in type design workshops focused on Variable Fonts. Can Variable Fonts become a tool for speculative design? The technology allows, among many other things, for the dynamic morphing of words on the screen. Is it possible to implement the spirit of Stansiław Lem's books into the letter shapes?
Let's celebrate the Anniversary Year
